Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructional platform geared towards practitioners looking to develop and improve their jiu jitsu.

Two types of instructional delivery are offered. Courses and Techniques; Courses are an organized collection of techniques with more detailed explanations and overview. Techniques are stand alone positions that can be searched on and added to playlists.
